Fra il 2002 e il 2004 Andrea Sposini partecipa ad una serie di eventi gastronomici, lezioni di cucina, interviste radiofoniche, e “guest chef appearance” in numerosi ristoranti italiani a San Francisco, CA(fra i quali Ca’Bianca) e collabora all’organizzazione di cene di beneficenza per aiutare a raccogliere fondi per “St. Joseph’s Children Hospital”.
