He is not only a very good cook, but also a connoisseur of ingredients and wine and a passionate teacher. He has learned me a lot, for example how to make fresh pasta by hand, mouth melting gnocchi di patate, risotto, several ways of preparing meat, poultry and fish and of course some irresistible dolci. All dishes were made with fresh seasonal produces. I was totally immersed in the Italian way of cooking and eating which fulfilled me with joy. The whole meal was prepared and ready to enjoy within two and a half hours> Chef Andrea worked efficiently and explained his lesson with expert precision. I appreciate that his explanations were mult- dimensional. An answer to a question was followed by its history, variations by region, different styles and current methods. Participants went away with a plethora of information. For recommendations, I would suggest that recipes are either in Italian or in English and not a blend of the two. Also, we had trouble finding the school as the street sign is visible only from one direction and the school is not marked. The folks at the cafe didn't know where it was either.
