From May to October, on Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10:00 am-1:00 pm.
Classes are held at the school's main location on via dei Lillà 3, in the suburb of Casaglia, just a few kilometers from Perugia. The cost is 75 euros per person payable in cash or major credit card.
Each student can choose to participate in one or more lessons from among the available course topics.   By participating in the weekly program, students will have the possibility of gaining a more complete understanding of the significance of Italian cuisine and Mediterranean tradition, without the contamination of fusion elements.
