From October to May, Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10:00 am-1:00 pm, 3:00 pm-6:00 pm, and 7:00 pm-10:00 pm.
Classes are held at the school's main location on via dei Lillà 3, in the suburb of Casaglia, just a few kilometers from Perugia. Students can sign up for single lessons or weekly and monthly programs consisting of daily lessons or a set number per week. Contents of the classes change from year to year depending on culinary trends and student requests. |
