RESTAURANT "CIBO" NEW DELHI IS LAUNCHING "CONTENTALIAN" COOKING BY CHEF ANDREA SPOSINI
Alta Societa, the Italian-based cooking school established and run by Chef Andrea Sposini thought out and made a menu for the Italian restaurant "Cibo" recently opened in New Delhi, which proposes "Continentalian"- a new cooking style. Typical dishes belonging to Italy's cooking tradition and Europe's have been rendered by Chef Andrea by taking into account Indian culture, religions and traditions as well. |
The cellar and the choice of raw materials is personally ruled by Chef Andrea
who recruited and trained the Indian staff too.
"Cibo" is the latest project by Alta Società, which have taken part in the past to international cooperations, i.e. the creation and the making of events, cooking lessons, restaurant start-ups and
accommodation facilities as well.
