From October to May, Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10:00 am-1:00 pm, 3:00 pm-6:00 pm, and 7:00 pm-10:00 pm.
Classes are held at the school's main location on via dei Lillà 3, in the suburb of Casaglia, just a few kilometers from Perugia.   Students can sign up for single lessons or weekly and monthly programs consisting of daily lessons or a set number per week.   Contents of the classes change from year to year depending on culinary trends and student requests.

In addition to the courses held at the school, Alta Società offers the possibility of organizing exclusive cooking classes upon special request for guests staying at participating luxurious hospitality structures.
