GOURMET VACATION
The Gourmet Vacation Package is geared towards those who,
in addition to being interested in learning techniques of
Italian cuisine, would also like to focus their attention
on specific aspects of the enogastronomic Italian culture
within a characteristic Italian residence. This also
encompasses the art of receiving guests for lunch/dinner,
the preparation of Italian lunch, the culture of
Italian cuisine, as well as the presentation of the
different servings.
The cooking course is held in different
locations chosen to meet such requirements.
