Depending on subject matter, cooking classes can be structured as a single lesson or as instructional programs lasting from one week to several months where classes are held on a daily basis.   ITALIAN CUISINE COURSE

This cooking course was created to bring back to life the techniques and flavors of the traditional menus in Italian cuisine. The preparations that have marked the history of the national cuisine are illustrated with particular know-how allowing the students to let themselves be guided on a culinary tour, unique in its kind. The individual regional dishes make up the menu of the course. We pass from appetizers to meats and linger from the flavor of the pasta to the various ways to make those famous pastries for which Italy is know around the world.
  WORLD FAMOUS ITALIAN DISHES COURSE

This course was specifically created to get you to learn and rediscover some of the most well-known Italian dishes in the world. The proposed itinerary allows you to taste the ingredients and the flavors of different regional dishes and to get that much nearer to the tradition of a cuisine dating back thousands of years.
  UMBRIAN MENU COURSE

A simple, traditional yet, at the same time, precious cuisine takes the starring role in a class in which the flavors and tastes of typical regional products triumph on the table. A callback to the prized olive oil, heady truffles from Norcia, delicious cured meats and aromatic herbs allow us to enrich the menu and to get the students involved in acquiring the proper techniques and food pairings.
  MEAT AND VEGETABLE MAIN COURSES IN CLASSIC ITALIAN CUISINE

 The main dish, or third course in an Italian-style menu, this represents the most important part of the meal. During the lesson we take on recipes and rules for preparing meat dishes, their relative sauces and pairing the two   with appropriate sides.
  FIRST COOKING COURSES

All the various ways to prepare a first course, Italian style. We go from risotto to the discovery of gnocchi, all the way to learning the most particular dishes that are considered a firsts course in traditional Italian cuisine. During the class we also prepare the diverse sauces that represent the typical flavor and tastes of a dish so well-known in international cuisine.
  MEDITERRANEAN MENU COURSE

A diet known the world over for its peculiarity and richness in nutritional value and appreciated for its healthy and genuine ingredients, is the topic of the lesson, proposed as the central player in a menu that brings together flavor and health.
  FRESH PASTA COURSE

All the secrets and techniques that render this typical Italian dish unique in all of the world. A class that allows you to make pasta without the aid of machines and that is further enriched with the explanation of the type of sauce to use for every pasta shape.
